I love Rita - she was one of the most amazing screen star of the 40s. I was watching 'Music in my Heart' the other day and I kept wondering why she didn't end up with a fine young chap like Tony Martin. They look so good together...
I wonder what she found in Orson Welles (except for his genius) and Aly Chan. I think they didn't love her like they should, they dominated her and saw only the 'Gilda' in her.
